Utah Admin. Code R877-23V-3 - Salesperson Licensed For One Dealer Only Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. Section 41-3- 202
A. The holder of a
dealer's license may not hold an additional license to engage in the activities
of a salesperson for another dealer.
B. The requirement that a salesperson may be
licensed with only one dealer at a time does not preclude dealership owners
from being no-fee salespersons for their own dealerships.
