Utah Admin. Code R907-33-2 - Definitions
(1) The terms used in this rule are defined
in Section
63G-6a-103.
(2) In addition to the terms described in
Subsection (1), as used in this rule:
(a)
"Department" means the Utah Department of Transportation.
(b) "Designee" means a department employee
the executive director has designated to take a specific action or carry out a
specific responsibility.
(c)
"Executive director" means the executive director of the department.
