Utah Admin. Code R907-66-1 - Authority and Purpose
(1) Authority. The
Department of Transportation (the "Department") makes this rule under
Subsections 63G-6a-107.7(5) and
72-1-201(1)(h).
(2) Purpose. This rule establishes
requirements and procedures for procuring engineering and engineering-related
services, and administering the attendant contracts.
