Utah Admin. Code R909-19-24 - Establishment of Tow Truck Steering Committee and Work Group
(1) The Administrator for the Motor Carrier
Division will establish a steering committee to provide advisory information
and input.
(2) The Motor Carrier
Advisory Board, established by the Department, will serve as the steering body
for regulatory guidance and the Department's certification process.
