Utah Admin. Code R911-5-105 - [Effective until 7/10/2025] Purpose
The purpose of this rule is to:
(1) describe requirements for training,
certification, endorsements, and licensing of individuals who provide emergency
medical services;
(2) provide
uniform minimum standards to be met by those providing emergency medical
services within the state; and
(3)
establish grounds and procedures for disciplinary actions.
