Utah Admin. Code R911-5-1301 - [Effective until 7/10/2025] Professional Conduct and Code of Ethics
(1) Licensees shall
adhere to the code of ethics from the EMT Student Handbook, October 2024
version, which is incorporated by reference.
(2) Licensees may be investigated for any
conduct in violation of the EMT Student Handbook.
(3) Any EMS personnel who is found to have
violated this section may be subject to license suspension or
revocation.
