Utah Admin. Code R911-5-202 - [Effective 7/10/2025] Paramedic Graduates Not Recommended for Licensure
An individual who successfully completed a paramedic course, but is not recommended for licensure, may request licensure as an AEMT if:
(1) the paramedic course
coordinator submits to the bureau a favorable letter of recommendation stating
that the individual has successfully obtained the knowledge and skills of the
AEMT level as required by this rule; and
(2) the individual successfully completes the
application and testing requirements for an AEMT license.
