Utah Admin. Code R911-9-500 - Trauma Center Categorization Process
The department shall:
(1) Develop a survey document based upon the
Trauma Center Criteria described in Section
R911-9-300.
(2) Periodically survey Utah hospitals which
provide emergency trauma care to determine the maximum level of trauma care
which each is capable of providing.
(3) Disseminate survey results to each Utah
hospital, and as appropriate, to Utah licensed ambulance providers.
