Utah Admin. Code R914-2-4 - Issuance of Special Licenses for Aircraft Landing on Roads
(1) Licenses will be issued only to those
showing specific need to use roads for aircraft operations in order to
accomplish a required service.
(2)
The applicant will be required to show proof of insurance pursuant to Section
72-10-117.
Insurance must have no stipulations against off-airport operations.
