Utah Admin. Code R926-10-17 - Right to Assert a Moratorium on Unsolicited Proposals
(1) The Department may elect, at any time and
in its sole discretion, to establish a moratorium on acceptance or action taken
by the Department on any unsolicited proposals.
(2) The moratorium may be asserted for all
unsolicited proposals or for unsolicited proposals of a certain type, in a
certain region, or for other factors as determined by the Department.
(3) Announcement of a moratorium shall be
posted on the Department's website and shall include the start date of the
moratorium and either the anticipated ending date, or a date upon which the
ending date will be announced.
(4)
Any unsolicited proposal received during a moratorium shall not be reviewed or
acted upon by the Department.
