Utah Admin. Code R926-16-1 - Purpose and Authority
(1) Purpose. This
rule provides a procedure for submitting, screening, evaluating, and
implementing an unsolicited proposal to form Transportation Infrastructure
Public-private Partnerships (TIPPPs); soliciting a proposal to compete with an
unsolicited proposal based on concepts within the unsolicited proposal; and
excluding an unsolicited proposal covered specifically by other rules or that
are the responsibility of another state entity.
(2) Authority. This rule is authorized by
Subsection
72-1-201(1)(h)
and Section
63G-6a-712.
