Utah Admin. Code R966-1-1 - Authority
(1) This rule is enacted under the provisions
of Section 67-4a-104 which authorizes the unclaimed property administrator to
enact rules implementing and administering Title 67, Chapter 4a.
(2) This rule is also enacted under the
provisions of Section 63G-4-203 which directs agencies to establish procedures
for informal adjudicative proceedings by rule.
