Utah Admin. Code R966-1-26 - Newspaper Notices
(1) At least
once annually, the administrator shall cause to be published in at least one
English language newspaper of general circulation in each county in this State
a notice concerning the unclaimed property program.
(2) Newspaper notices may include other
information at the discretion of the administrator.
(3) The administrator may cause additional
notices or advertisements to be published in newspapers and print publications
other than the required notices.
