Utah Admin. Code R966-1-44 - Verified Report of Property
(1) If a person
does not file a report required by Section 67-4a-401 of the Act or the
administrator believes that a person may have filed an inaccurate, incomplete,
or false report, the administrator may require the person to file a verified
report in a form prescribed by the administrator.
(2) The verified report must:
(a) State whether the person is holding
property reportable under this Act;
(b) Describe property not previously reported
or about which the administrator has inquired;
(c) Specifically identify property. about
which there is a dispute whether it is reportable under the Act; and
(d) State the amount or value of the
property.
(3) A verified
report must otherwise comply with the requirements of Section 67-4a-402 of the
Act.
