Utah Admin. Code R982-111-305 - Notice of the Hearing
(1) At least
ten days before the hearing, the division shall notify the parties of:
(a) the day and time of the
hearing;
(b) the right to be
represented at the hearing;
(c) the
procedure for submitting written documents;
(d) the consequences of not
participating;
(e) the procedures
and limitations for requesting a continuance or rescheduling;
(f) the procedure for requesting an
interpreter; and
(g) the procedure
for requesting accommodation for the hearing.
(2) It is the responsibility of a party to
notify and plan for the participation of the party's representative and
witnesses.
