Utah Admin. Code R982-302-107 - Depositing Match Funds
(1) The
Department will work with State Finance and my529 to transfer funds to each
eligible account by May 31st of each year until the termination of the
program.
(2) My529 shall receive a
request from State Finance for deposit to each qualifying account through
secure file transfer and verify when deposits have been made.
(3) The Match rate for each family shall be
determined as provided in Subsection
35A-9-603(2).
