Utah Admin. Code R986-100-114 - A Client's Continuing Obligation to Provide Verification and Information
(1) A client
who is eligible for assistance must provide additional verification and
information, which may affect household eligibility or ongoing eligibility,
after the application is approved if requested by the Department.
(2) The client must provide information to
determine if eligibility was appropriately established and if payments made
under these rules were appropriate. This information may be requested by an
employee of the Department or a person authorized to obtain the information
under contract with the Department such as an employee of ORS.
