Utah Admin. Code R986-100-125 - When a Party or Witness Needs an Interpreter at the Hearing
(1) If a party or
witness notifies the Department that an interpreter is needed at the time the
request for hearing is made, the Department will arrange for an interpreter at
no cost to the party or witness.
(2) If an interpreter is needed at the
hearing, the party may arrange for an interpreter to be present at the hearing
who is an adult with fluent ability to understand and speak English and the
language of the person testifying, or notify the Division of Adjudication at
the time the appeal is filed that assistance is required in arranging for an
interpreter.
