Utah Admin. Code R986-200-201 - Authority for Family Employment Program (FEP) and Family Employment Program Two Parent (FEPTP) and Other Applicable Rules
(1) The Department provides services to
eligible families under FEP and FEPTP under the authority granted in the
Employment Support Act, UCA
35A-3-301 et seq. Funding is
provided by the federal government through Temporary Aid to Needy Families
(TANF) as authorized by PRWORA.
(2)
Rule R986-100 applies to FEP and FEPTP unless expressly noted
otherwise.
