Utah Admin. Code R986-300-301 - Authority for the Refugee Resettlement Program (RRP) and Other Applicable Rules
(1) The Department
provides services to eligible refugees pursuant to 45 CFR 400 and 45 CFR 401 et
seq., (2000) which are incorporated herein by reference.
(2) The Department has opted to operate a
Publicly-Administered Refugee Cash Assistance Program as provided in
45 CFR
400.65 through
400.68.
(3) Rule R986-100 applies to RRP.
(4) Applicable provisions of R986-200 apply
to RRP except as noted in this rule.
