Utah Admin. Code R986-700-701 - Authority for Child Care Assistance (CC) and Other Applicable Rules
(1) The Department
administers Child Care Assistance (CC) pursuant to the authority granted in
Section 35A-3-310.
(2) Rule R986-100 applies to CC except as
noted in this rule.
(3) Applicable
provisions of R986-200 apply to CC, except as noted in this rule or where in
conflict with this rule.
