Utah Admin. Code R993-100-101 - Authority and Purpose
(1) This rule
is authorized by Sections
35A-1-303 and
35A-13-102.
(2) The purpose of this rule is to specify
standards and procedures for resolution and adjudication of disputes under the
Vocational Rehabilitation Act.
