Utah Code R307-209-9 - Nonmetallic Mineral Processing Plant Requirements
An owner or operator of a nonmetallic mineral processing plant shall comply with the following:
(1) ensure opacity does not exceed the limits
in Section R307-312-4; and
(2) use
water sprays and water application to control particulate emissions from each
crusher, screen, and conveyor.
