Utah Code R313-35-60 - Surveys
In addition to the requirements of Section R313-15-501, radiation surveys of x-ray systems shall be performed:
(1) upon installation of the x-ray system;
and
(2) following change to or
maintenance of components of an x-ray system that effect the output,
collimation, or shielding effectiveness.
