22 Va. Admin. Code § 40-151-40 - Posting of information
A.
Information concerning the application for initial licensure of children's
residential facilities shall be posted by locality on the department's
website.
B. An accurate listing of
all licensed facilities including information on renewal, denial, or
provisional licensure, and services shall be posted by locality on the
department's website.
