Wash. Admin. Code § 106-325-010 - Implementation of State Environmental Policy Act
(1) All actions taken by Central Washington
University shall comply with the provisions of
chapter
43.21C RCW (the State
Environmental Policy Act) and chapter 197-11 WAC, as presently enacted or
hereafter amended.
(2) The
president of Central Washington University shall be responsible for
administering and implementing this rule. The president shall designate the
personnel who will be responsible for carrying out the duties and functions of
the university as set forth or incorporated herein.
