Wash. Admin. Code § 132E-122-190 - Retaliation is prohibited
(1) Retaliation by, for, or against any
participant (i.e., complainant, respondent, witness, Title IX coordinator,
investigator) is expressly prohibited and is conduct subject to discipline.
Retaliatory action of any kind taken against individuals as a result of
participation in proceedings under this conduct code including, but not limited
to, serving as a witness in a subsequent investigation or any resulting
disciplinary proceedings is prohibited and is conduct subject to
discipline.

believe the conduct officer or Title IX coordinator has retaliated against you,
