Wash. Admin. Code § 132E-122-390 - Summary suspension - Appeal
(1) A student has the right to appeal a summary
suspension to the student conduct committee and may do so if:
(a) The student has been officially notified in
writing of the outcome of the summary suspension hearing;
(b) Summary suspension or other disciplinary
action has been upheld; and
(c) The
student's appeal conforms to the procedures prescribed in this chapter.
(2) The student conduct committee
shall conduct a formal hearing as expeditiously as possible and
appropriate.
