Wash. Admin. Code § 173-360A-1000 - Applicability
(1) This part
applies to owners and operators of all UST systems except as otherwise provided
in this section.
(2) This part does
not apply to owners and operators of any exempt UST system described in WAC
173-360A-0110(1).
(3) State and federal government entities
whose debts and liabilities are the debts and liabilities of a state or the
United States are exempt from the requirements of this part.
(4) If the owner and operator of an UST
system are separate persons, only one person is required to demonstrate
financial responsibility; however, both parties are liable in event of
noncompliance.
