Wash. Admin. Code § 181-85-005 - Authority
The authority for this chapter is RCW 28A.410.010 which authorizes the professional educator standards board to establish, publish, and enforce rules and regulations determining eligibility for and certification of personnel employed in the common schools of this state. (Note: RCW 28A.195.-010 (3) requires most private school classroom teachers to hold appropriate Washington state certification with few exceptions.)
