Wash. Admin. Code § 182-02-045 - General definitions-H
"Health care authority (HCA)" means the state agency established under chapter 41.05 RCW. In Title 182 WAC, the following terms mean the health care authority: "Agency," "authority" (unless the context clearly requires otherwise), "behavioral health administration," "HCA," "medicaid agency," "single state agency," "single state medicaid agency," and "single state behavioral health agency."
