Wash. Admin. Code § 204-10-050 - Reflectorized warning device
Reflectorized warning devices used by law enforcement must:
(1) Conform to those devices
described in
RCW
46.37.450 and requirements of the Washington
state department of transportation standard specifications for road, bridge,
and municipal construction, Section 9-28.6, "Enclosed lens reflective
sheeting." These specifications are available through the Washington State
Patrol, 210 11th Avenue, Olympia, Washington 98504, or the Washington State
Department of Transportation, 310 Maple Park Avenue, Olympia, Washington
98504.
(2) Be placed on a vehicle
whenever any such vehicle is disabled upon the traveled portion of any highway
or shoulder thereof outside any municipality, at any time when lights are
required by
RCW
46.04.200, upon discovery of such disabled
vehicle by law enforcement, a reflectorized device such as those defined in
RCW
46.37.450 or this section.
