Wash. Admin. Code § 230-07-080 - Qualification reviews for Groups III, IV and V
(1) We may review charitable or nonprofit
licensees assigned to Group III and may prepare a summary of the organization's
qualifications for the commissioners' review.
(2) We will review licensees assigned to
Group IV and V and prepare a summary of the organization's qualifications for
the commissioners' review at a public meeting every three years. At least one
representative from the organization must attend the meeting when staff
presents their qualification review.
