Wash. Admin. Code § 246-12-165 - How to return to active status following a disciplinary suspension
(1) The regulatory
entity may place a credential on disciplinary suspension when there is a
finding of unprofessional conduct. The practitioner may not practice while on
suspension unless the suspension is stayed. The credential must be returned to
active status before the practitioner may practice.
(2) A credential is returned to active status
by complying with the following:
(a) Meet all
the requirements outlined in the disciplinary order;
(b) Pay the current renewal fee, if due.
Standard renewal fees are not required during the period of the suspension
unless the suspension is stayed;
(c) Pay the substance abuse monitoring
surcharge if required by the profession;
(d) Provide written declaration that all
continuing education and competency requirements for the entire suspension
period have been met, if required by the profession; and
(e) Provide other written declarations or
documentation, if required for the profession.
