Wash. Admin. Code § 246-203-020 - Spitting
Spitting upon the floors or walls of a public building or buildings used for public assemblage, of a building used for manufacturing or industrial purposes, or upon the floors or platforms or any part of any railroad or trolley car or ferry boat, or any other public conveyance, is prohibited.
