Wash. Admin. Code § 284-23-720 - Administrative expenses
All charges or fees for administration or processing requests for any payments of accelerated benefits shall be disclosed and fully described in the policy, rider, and disclosure statement. Any such charge or fee shall be reasonable; shall be assessed no more than once; and may not exceed five hundred dollars.
