Wash. Admin. Code § 296-52-67040 - Attendants must be present
An authorized attendant must be:
(1) Physically present.
(2) Awake.
(3) Alert.
(4) Able to see the explosives at all
times.
(5) Able to reach the
explosives quickly, without interference.
