Wash. Admin. Code § 314-07-005 - What is the purpose of this chapter?
RCW 66.24.010 states the board will only issue licenses and permits to applicants and locations that meet certain qualifications. The purpose of this chapter is to outline the qualifications and steps necessary to receive and maintain a liquor license or permit.
