Wash. Admin. Code § 326-08-040 - Who may appear in a representative capacity
(1) Any party to an adjudicative proceeding
may be represented or advised by:
(a) An
attorney admitted to practice before the Washington state supreme
court;
(b) Other attorney admitted
to practice before the highest court of any other state, if attorneys from
Washington state are permitted to appear in a representative capacity before
administrative agencies of that state, and if not otherwise prohibited by
Washington law;
(2) A
former employee of the office may appear only as permitted in WAC
326-08-035(3).
