Wash. Admin. Code § 357-52-005 - May the board waive the procedural rules contained in chapter 357-52 WAC?
In order to prevent hardship, delay, or for other good cause, the board may waive any of the procedural rules contained in chapter 357-52 WAC for any party not represented by legal counsel. The board may not waive a jurisdictional rule.
