Wash. Admin. Code § 357-52-175 - What actions may be taken by the board following a hearing?
(1) At the
conclusion of a hearing, the board may require post-hearing briefs.
(2) The board may affirm, reverse or modify
the action of an employer or the recommended decision of the hearing officer or
remand the matter for further proceedings.
(3) When the board reduces a dismissal to a
suspension, the period of suspension is not limited by
RCW
41.06.170(1).
