Wash. Admin. Code § 381-100-320 - Appeal of community custody violation sanctions
(1) The individual may appeal the sanction of
the community custody violation hearing. Appeals must be filed with the board
within seven days after the individual receives the findings and
conclusions.
(2) The chair of the
board or the chair's designee shall appoint a panel of three reviewing
examiners to consider the appeal.
(3) The sanction shall be reversed or
modified if a majority of the panel finds that the sanction was not reasonably
related to at least one of the following:
(a)
The crime of conviction;
(b) The
violation committed;
(c) The
individual's risk of reoffending; or
(d) The safety of the community.
