Wash. Admin. Code § 391-65-090 - Designation of panel of arbitrators
Upon the request of a party, the agency shall provide a list of arbitrators from the dispute resolution panel in accordance with WAC 391-75-020(1). The parties must select an arbitrator under the procedures specified in WAC 391-75-020(2).
