Wash. Admin. Code § 446-10-100 - Exemptions
(1) The Public
Records Act,

or prohibits disclosure. A list of statutes containing exemptions, outside the
Public Records Act, that restrict the availability of some documents held by
Washington state patrol for inspection and copying can be found in the
Washington state patrol public records index which is available on-line at
www.wsp.wa.gov/ or at any Washington state
patrol public office.
