Wash. Admin. Code § 495E-116-100 - Appeal of citations and penalties
(1)
Appeals must be made in writing, giving full particulars, including a list of
witnesses and evidence expected to be presented.
(2) Appeals must be submitted to the
vice-president for plant operations within five days from the date of citation.
The vice-president shall consider the appeal in a brief adjudicative
proceeding.
