Wash. Admin. Code § 246-810-015 - [Effective 7/1/2025] Agency affiliated counselor: Scope of practice and application requirements

(1) An agency affiliated counselor may only provide counseling services within an agency and as defined in RCW 18.19.215.
(2) An applicant shall submit an application to the department within the first 30 days of employment, or student internship placement, at an agency in order to continue working while the application is processed.
(3) If the department requests additional information or documentation, the applicant shall resolve the request to continue working. If the credential is not issued within 90 days of the department's request, the applicant shall stop working.
