W. Va. Code R. § 126-41-11 - Implementation
11.1. Districts
will ensure implementation of this policy by adopting their own district/school
policies regarding acceptable use of electronic resources, technologies and the
Internet.
11.2. The WVDE shall:
11.2.a. provide technical assistance to
support districts, and schools in developing and implementing local use
policies.
11.2.b. districts and
schools with revisions of annual comprehensive technology plans associated with
technology implementation and the West Virginia State Technology
Plan.
