W. Va. Code R. § 133-28-12 - Appeal Process
12.1 An applicant
or institution may appeal in writing to the Vice Chancellor the denial of an
application for an initial award or renewal award within 15 days of receiving
notification of the decision. The Vice Chancellor shall issue a written
decision upholding or reversing the initial decision within 15 days of receipt
of the appeal. The decision of the Vice Chancellor is final.
