W. Va. Code R. § 135-9-11 - Faculty Evaluation
11.1. All
faculty shall receive a yearly written evaluation of performance directly
related to duties and responsibilities as defined by the institution.
11.2. Evaluation procedures shall be
developed at the institutional level and a copy sent to the Council and filed
in the Central Office. Such procedures must be multidimensional and include
criteria such as peer evaluations, student evaluations, and evaluations by
immediate supervisors.
