W. Va. Code R. § 146-1-7 - Penalty Provision
7.1 Any
person violating this rule shall be guilty a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction
thereof, shall be fined not more than ten thousand ($10,000) dollars pursuant
to W. Va. Code §
3-8-8.
